Welcome to DUSA . studio, a mobile application operated by DUSA Studio ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of DUSA . studio mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
a.) Be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age in your country)
b.) Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and
c.) Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use of the App
You agree to use DUSA . studio solely for lawful business or professional purposes. You must not:
a.) Violate any applicable laws or regulations
b.) Send spam or unsolicited messages
c.) Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
d.) Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app’s operations
e.) Upload viruses or malicious code
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
a.) Keeping your account credentials secure
b.) All activity that occurs under your account
c.) Not sharing your login with unauthorized users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of the App may be available via paid subscriptions.
a.) Prices and billing terms are disclosed at the point of purchase.
b.) Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).
c.) Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled per the app store’s policies.
d.) We do not process or store payment information directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:
a.) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
b.) Loss of data, revenue, or profits
c.) Business interruption or system failure
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DUSA Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your:
a.) Violation of these Terms
b.) Use or misuse of the App
c.) Violation of rights of any third party
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
You may delete your account and stop using the app at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
